This nice box has a pretty fuschia lining that has no stains or rips, and a place for rings on the left, as well as a place for earrings, charms, etc. It measures 6&1/4" across, 3&3/8" wide, & 2&1/2" tall. It has a pretty tile inlay on the top with a Chinese lady in a kimono sitting on a bench waiting for her brazier to heat up, and there are brass details all over this box. It has a sticker on the bottom that says Made In China, and there are small dings & markings on the wood. I don't know if it was made like that. or if they're marks from age. It appears to be really old. Christmas is right around the corner! This would be a great Christmas present for the collector. Or an emergency gift for that unexpected person--You know the one I mean--the one that shows up at the door after they'd insisted they just can't make it this year, but decided they could after all!? Just think-no fighting the crowds for that perfect last minute gift! eBay has made several changes!! If we offer a Buy-It-Now price, we're now REQUIRED to make it at least 10% of the starting price. So I've had to adjust the way I price my listings, as I have usually been charging only $1.00 extra for the buy-it-now to make it more affordable for those of you who want your chosen treasure ASAP. I'm sorry, but eBay is forcing these changes on us. eBay has also now discontinued the insurance option!! If you want insurance, please let me know & I'll add it to your invoice, but remember, it will have to be done BEFORE you pay-once you've paid, I have no way to modify your invoice. On the more fragile/and or expensive items, I will be adding it automatically to protect both of us. I won't include it on the small items unless asked, or if I think it's necessary. We all know the postal service isn't as careful with our items, even when they're marked fragile, as we'd like. (I think sometimes they take LESS care when we mark them as fragile) I'm not an expert in any field. I'm sure you've heard the saying,"I know a little bit about everything, & a lot about nothing"? THAT'S ME! I try to research my things to give my lookers, hopefully buyers, the best information I can, &  I try to describe my things to the best of my abilities; cracks, chips, flaws, special details. But I'm human (? I guess that's debatable), so I can & do make mistakes or miss something. Boy! Did that hurt to admit! So, please look closely at the pictures for details I've probably overlooked, use the zoom & enlarge features if they're available, & if you have any questions, please click on the 'ask seller a question' supplied by eBay under the sellers information section before buying. I check my listings several times a day, so should get back to you the same day, or at the latest, the next day. I'm going to be adding things almost daily, so please check back with me frequently. I currently have a handling fee of $1.00 to help cover my expenses; tape, bubble wrap, gas, etc., which eBay has been figuring in automatically to the shipping. We live 10 miles one way from the nearest town, post office, yada-yada-yada. If I feel it's necessary to put the insurance on an item, this is where it will be added. I will put a notice in my listing stating *Insurance is included in the shipping on this item*. If you're serious about an item, make me a serious offer, & I might be willing to compromise. I research my things before I list them, so I know my prices are at or usually lower than similar items already listed, so please keep that in mind if you're considering making an offer. I inherited a lot of things from my brother, plus I have 35+ years of my own things I'm trying to sort out. And now my sons have decided to have me list their comics & magazines from the 70's, 80's & early 90's!!(Thanks guys!?)  HELP!! I need to de-clutter.
